I got my iPod Touch! …And it broke

got my iTouch today. 8GB. It was perfect.
At a friend's birthday party (yes, another party on the same day as mine
) a "friend" slammed into another
friend, which sent him flying into me. I dropped
my iPod on the ground and it fell face-down. It
now has a bunch of scratches and is cracked. Not
covered by any warranties, and it's $156 (plus
tax) to repair it.
